What do we offer?

Working in fixed shifts, so no irregular working hours
As a foreman, you are responsible for the execution of our garden projects. You manage a fixed team of colleagues, distribute tasks, and ensure that everything runs according to schedule and quality standards. Additionally, you are the point of contact for clients: they come to you with questions and requests. You monitor progress, help brainstorm solutions, and ensure a beautiful end result. With your experience and leadership, you ensure that every project becomes a success. Because you work in fixed teams, you do not have to deal with irregular working hours.
